Processing & Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 calendar days, depending on destination and local logistics conditions

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.

The most suitable shipping method will be selected automatically based on your destination to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)

All orders are shipped with customs clearance included (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

  • Customers do NOT need to pay import duties, customs fees, or VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • OrbyNexa handles all customs clearance procedures on your behalf

There will be no hidden fees upon delivery.


Shipping Address Requirements

  • P.O. Box addresses are accepted

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses are not supported

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive the email immediately, please allow some time for system updates. Rest assured, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.


Order Changes

If you need to modify your order (address correction, cancellation, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at:

Item Not Received

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Please first check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the local courier for further details

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@orbynexa.com, and we will assist you promptly
