1. Order Cancellation

If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the shipment when possible; however, interception cannot be guaranteed.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us within this 30-day period to initiate a return request. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


4. Reasons for Return & Associated Costs

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a) Product Quality Issues or Shipping Damage

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement

  • All related costs, including return shipping, will be covered by OrbyNexa

b) Non-Quality Related Returns (Change of Mind)

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, preference change):

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging requirements.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Please return the product according to the provided instructions.
    Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item more quickly, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item following our return process

  2. Placing a new order once the return is approved
